My career began traditionally in the metal industry with an apprenticeship and several years in sales. At the same time, I studied business administration and later in the master management of SMEs with a focus on entrepreneurship and marketing.
During and after my master's degree, I worked in consulting for SMEs and startups before moving to EY in the international consulting world. At the same time, I supported two startups in online marketing.
This finally gave rise to the idea for Hightide.
I particularly enjoy working on topics where the personality of personal brands or companies is visible and noticeable.
That's what personal branding means to me: I learn a lot about the thinking of founders and CEOs, about how their companies work and what they stand for.
When working on content, I consciously put myself in the shoes of people - almost like when acting - in order to authentically represent their voice, attitude and perspective.
In recent years, I have worked with startups in the health sector, SMEs from the metal and financial sector, as well as companies from the catering, sports and education sectors.
At the same time, we volunteer with Hightide to support NGOs and have thus gained additional experience in the femtech and ocean protection sector.
I find projects particularly exciting where brands are still in development or want to completely rethink their appearance.
Our work is often personal, especially in personal branding, it simply has to harmonize humanly.
