Meet Hightide Co-Founder Caro
"I love the moment when brands and businesses suddenly become tangible. What excites me most is the creative process: discovering which content formats truly engage, which colors suit the brand, and how a founder’s personality can shine through in a strong personal brand. Every client, every project is different and that’s exactly what I love about this work."
I started out very classic with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and several years in OEM sales. Besides the job, I studied business administration and did my master’s degree later in SME management.
I worked in consulting for both startups and small businesses, as well as in international advisory for financial institutions.
As a creative counterbalance, I also did the Online Marketing for two startups - that’s where the idea for Hightide was born.
I especially enjoy working on projects where brands become visible and tangible.
I love designing visually, thinking creatively, and shaping content in a way that not only looks good, but truly resonates.
What excites me most is the blend of strategy, design, and language and that moment when everything just clicks into place.
In recent years, I’ve worked with startups in the health sector, mid-sized companies in the metal and finance industries, as well as businesses in hospitality, sports, and education.
What I find especially exciting are projects where brands are just emerging or ready to completely rethink their identity.
